Mormon-owned paper plays to owner bias

So, the Mormon Church is being fined over Proposition 8 spending. Unfortunately, it’s not the big punitive action LGBT activists have sought for the religious body — which encouraged thousands of its members to donate millions upon millions of dollars to Claifornia’s Prop. 8 campaign.

Regardless, the Mormon-owned Deseret News isn’t taking any chances, and is doing its best to cover for its owner: the Mormon Church.
