NoDa Social Committee presents the 2nd Annual CornHolio Tournament. Advanced payment online is $20/person ($40/team) and payment day of event is $25/person ($50/team). Online payment will run through Aug. 27. Registrants will receive entrance into the tournament, food donated by Bojangles, non-alcoholic beverages and dessert donated by Amelie’s French Bakery as well as a chance to win prizes. The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Winston-Salem hosts a “Rainbow Read-In” with writings from LGBT authors. Participants are encouraged to bring selections to share and can include poetry or prose by LGBT writers. Admission is free, with donations accepted benefiting the Adam Foundation.
