COLUMBIA, S.C. — Gay singers Jason & deMarco have taken to the road and are stopping by the South Carolina state capital city for their “Celebrating Diversity” concert on April 1, 7 p.m., at Garden of Grace United Church of Christ, 1020 Atlas Rd.

The tour also is a book launch for Jason’s recently released book, “The Journey of Same-Sex Surrogacy.” After the event, books and CD will be available for purchase and signing.

On April 2, 7 p.m., they will perform at Metropolitan Community Church of Charleston, 7860 A Dorchester Rd.

A portion of the proceeds of the tour will benefit Safe, Affirming, Family Environment, supporting LGBTQ foster and homeless youth.

Admission is a free-will offering.
