Park Circle Pride will return to North Charleston from June 2 through June 7 for its sixth annual celebration, transforming the Park Circle neighborhood into one of the South’s largest and most eclectic LGBTQ+ Pride festivals. This year’s festival will feature more than 40 events hosted across local bars, breweries, restaurants and businesses.

Founded as a grassroots community celebration, Park Circle Pride has grown into a major regional event known for blending nightlife, arts, activism and family-friendly experiences. Most events are free to attend, though several ticketed attractions are planned.

The lineup includes drag brunches, karaoke nights, comedy shows, live music, poetry readings, a Pride block party and community market. Returning crowd favorites include the Charleston Queer Adult Prom and a production of the comedy play “5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche.”

Organizers are also planning a range of youth and family events, including Drag Story Time, Pride Family Field Day and Queer Youth Fest in partnership with local LGBTQ+ youth nonprofit We Are Family.

Festival proceeds will benefit both Alliance for Full Acceptance (AFFA) and We Are Family, two South Carolina organizations supporting LGBTQ+ people and families through advocacy, education and community programs.

Organizers describe Park Circle Pride as an inclusive celebration designed to bring together LGBTQ+ people, allies, artists, families and local businesses in a visible show of support and solidarity.

Full event details, ticket information and schedule updates are available through the official Park Circle Pride website and their Facebook event page.
