Equality North Carolina held a press conference earlier this morning about their delivery of nearly 300 boxes of Froot Loops to N.C. Rep. Larry Brown , who recently called gays “queers” and “fruitloops” in an email to 60 House Republican colleagues. Equality North Carolina executive director Ian Palmquist and others delivered the boxes to Brown’s office this afternoon. Each box represents a person who donated to Equality North Carolina in Brown’s name. Geez… when will anti-gay radicals ever learn? Every time they open their mouths we make money!
P.S. Only empty boxes were delivered to Brown. The sealed bags of Froot Loops were donated to Triad Health Project in Greensboro.
