In qnotes‘ June 12 issue, we will be profiling the “Working Class. You’ve heard the stereotype “DINK”: Double Income No Kids. Folks often think LGBT folks have it made. But, just like the rest of America you can find us everywhere from white collar to blue collar.

We want to profile the hardworking LGBT folks (and straight allies!) in the “working class.” Send us photos of you at work at a non-white collar job (construction, retail, service industry, etc.) and a 3-4 line bio about yourself and what you do for inclusion in our June 12 print edition!

Submissions must be emailed to no later than 1 p.m. on Friday, June 4.

Guidelines and suggestions
1. For good, print quality photos, send in high resolution images. Take photos that are at least 4 mp with your digital camera or make sure the .jpg or other image file size is at least a 300-400 kb. (Larger photo files, such as those that are 300 dpi or up to 800kb are best for printing purposes.)
2. Photos must be accompanied by a 3-4 line bio including your first name, what type of work you do (not necessarily exactly where you work) and what city/town you live in/live nearest.
3. By submitting your photo, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age or older.
4. All submissions become property of qnotes and Pride Publishing & Typesetting, Inc. By submitting your photo(s) you relinquish qnotes and Pride Publishing & Typesetting from any liability and give permission to publish your submission in our print and online editions, current and future.

Submissions must be emailed to no later than 1 p.m. on Friday, June 4.
