MADabolic Free Workout
Our dear friends at MADabolic Charlotte are opening a new gym in NoDa soon by Seoul Food Meat Co – Mill District, and we’re partnering with them all October-long on Mondays to bring you weekly barbell-free strength and conditioning workouts for FREE in our parking lot starting at 5:45pm! They’ll be offering a limited amount of Tier 2 founding memberships at great discounts ($139/month for the first 12 months unlimited) as well, and once those are gone they’ll move onto Tier 3 memberships.
