What are Kolaches & Klobasneks? a Kolache is a sweet pastry that holds a portion of fruit or sweet filling, surrounded by puffy dough. Klobasneks are similar in style to a sausage roll, but the meat is wrapped in Kolache dough and the fillings are typically savory!
