Third Course: Moonbeams & Fairytales Imperial Stout with Cocoa Nibs, Vanilla, Marshmallow, Graham Cracker, Cassia Bark & lactose sugar / Mexican braised beef short rib, cilantro slaw, mole drizzle
The Closer: Ice Cream Paint Job: Banana Split / Deconstructed PB&J: Chocolate sourdough loaf (french toast style) with strawberry jam and peanut butter drizzle, topped with chopped peanuts.
