Attendees start the day with our annual State of Equality Report, attend their choice of hands-on workshops covering a variety of topics, come together for a caucusing lunch, learn more about our sponsors through their exhibits and wind up the day with our keynote speaker.”

The Foundation’s annual fundraiser is the Equality Gala. It provides an opportunity to celebrate “the work we do together with our supporters across the state.” ENCF presents an annual leadership award to its legislative champion of the year.
