It’s too late to change the dates of either of two LGBT community events in Winston-Salem both occurring at the same time and in nearly the same location.
The bi-monthly OUT at the Movies screening of “Contracorriente” and the Winston-Salem concert of the Triad Pride Men’s Chorus both take place on June 19, 8 p.m., on the campus of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA).
The film screening will be held at UNCSA’s ACE Theatre Complex. The Triad Pride Men’s Chorus concert will be held in Thrust Theatre.
In an email on May 20, OUT at the Movies organizers told their supporters that it’s too late for either event to change dates or times, but offered an alternative option if folks wanted to see the movie and support the chorus. Triad Pride Men’s Chorus will hold their Greensboro concert on June 12, 8 p.m., at Greensboro Day School’s Sloan Theatre, 5401 Lawndale Dr.
