CHARLOTTE — Wymyns Poetry Open Mic, hosted by L. Monique, will take place on Sept. 26 at Ultra Lounge, 2815 Crisman St.

This event is “4 wymyn who luv wymyn & poetry,” says Monique.

Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. Cover is $8 and includes drink specials, free parking and a special performance featuring the Strawberry Waitresses. Performances include adult language and content. For more information, call 704-399-4552.
