The 39 Steps
Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte presents its regional premiere of Broadway’s longest running comedy, the two-time Tony Award-winning “The 39 Steps.” An adaptational mix from the novel by John Buchan and a film by Alfred Hitchcock, “39” results in a hilarious tale complete with an on-stage plane crash, handcuffs (oh my!), missing fingers and good old-fashioned romance.
