Just last week, Lowe’s Home Improvement became one of several corporations electing to remove all diversity, equity, and inclusion policies surrounding LGBTQ+ issues and groups. This move comes as conservatives target companies for their inclusive policies, resulting in the removal of DEI or mentions of it in corporate rules.
