This week, I want to talk about DEI policies and how they’ve impacted businesses. Just last week, Lowe’s Home Improvement became one of several corporations electing to remove all diversity, equity, and inclusion policies surrounding LGBTQ+ issues and groups. This move comes as conservatives target companies for their inclusive policies, resulting in the removal of DEI or mentions of it in corporate rules.
