Hello, everyone, and Happy Tuesday! My name is Taylor, and I am bringing you this week’s OUTlook. This week, I’m coming to you from Sofia, Bulgaria, where my husband is having a piece played by the Sofia Philharmonic! So for the duration of my European excursion, each newsletter will include a picture (or two) from my adventures.
Today, I bring you the Palace of Culture — one of the largest multi-functional conference and cultural centers in the world. It has 17 concert halls, and it’s VERY easy to get lost in.

Now, back to the business news of the week. Beyond Open Small Business Grant Program (Beyond Open) is opening its third round of applications for grant funding for its small business grant program. By providing a program geared toward providing resources for POC, women and LGBTQ+ owned businesses, the hope is there will be a decrease in poverty, prejudice and discrimination eliminated, reducing neighborhood tensions and combatting community deterioration.
