According to the U.S. Travel Association, the Grammy award-winning artist and long time LGBTQ+ ally‘s Eras Tour resulted in over $5 billion in direct spending by fans in just a five month period. Swift has helped boost business sales and local economies of the cities she’s made stops in, and people are taking notice. Her influence and reputation have certainly made an impact beyond the music industry, and now, Swift may play a role in something she historically has avoided: American politics.
This week, Qnotes looked at the impact the Miss Americana herself could have on politics in 2024, and how conservative media has launched The Great War against who they argue is a “front for a covert political agenda.”
