Today kicks off National Black Business Month, an opportunity to celebrate Black business owners across the region. Richard Stevens, a young LGBTQ+ professional in Charlotte, has some advice for aspiring entrepreneurs in the community.

He’s a branch leader for Truist Bank and currently working on a second degree in business administration.
