CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Campus Pride has announced that its Healthy Living Graphic Design Competition is open for submissions.
Participants will create web graphics, memes and images to bring awareness to healthy living, HIV/AIDS, STIs, treatment and prevention.
Designs will be considered to win $1,000 in contract work and will be featured by Campus Pride for future educational campaigns.
Topics or focus for each design graphic are syphilis, being healthy/sex positivity, HIV and PrEP and sexual communication.
Judging criteria will be based upon clear educational content and message, design quality, creative concept or approach and the ability to create awareness, advocate or relay a message.
Campus Pride’s website has resources for those who may want to learn more about the topics. Rosedale Infectious Diseases has provided informational assistance for the contest and serves as a partner.
Dimensions for web graphics are 1080 x 1080 pixels and 1200 x 600 pixels. Acceptable formats are .jpg or .png and exported in 300 dpi. Maximum submissions allowed are three designs.
Deadline is May 13. Winners will be announced later in the month. Submit to campuspride.org/healthyliving.
