As Spring breaks into early summer this coming June, so too will cities and towns around North Carolina bloom into the yearly Pride season.
It’s no surprise to find major Pride festivals happening in bigger cities like Charlotte, Raleigh and Durham, but there’s a lot going on in smaller towns and rural areas, as well.
Here is your handy guide to the many smaller events and communities worth tapping into this upcoming 2025 Pride season. The dates range from April to October, so if you’re looking for multiple events to experience, we’ve got you covered. Especially in a year full of hate politics, everybody could use a little bit more love and positive tidings, including in the places less traveled.
Cullowhee SAGA Pride
